I’m pretty sure I’ve said it before, but his homebrew pics make me wish I liked neipas. They just aren’t my thing, but they look consistently fantastic.

Beer while packing tomorrow’s lunch. Really digging it. Next time I’m in St Paul, I need to make sure to swing by these guys.

Homebrewed Amber ale I've dubbed Triumphant Reinforcements. Originally fermentation stalled out around 1.022 on this batch. After the first gallon and a half I decided I wasnt happy with it so I made another small batch of wort (with some minor tweaks) to top it back up to 5gal, pitched new yeast and refermented everything. Got her down to 1.012, and now I'm happy with it :mug:
