HB Vienna lager, kegged a five gallon and stored it in the lagering keezer for four weeks. Kegged the leftover in my 1.5 gallon corny and force carbonated it. Fermented @50f. Nice and mellow.View attachment 724760

The first time I had it was in Germany at the airport. It's a good beer.

Beer activities, Beethoven practice and yard work done. Pre-gaming with a Gin/Lime Gose. I say it's 4.5% but that's the base base. Wonder what 500ml of gin adds in a 2.5gal batch? Math anyone?
