Kettlehouse IPA. This is a pretty decent WCIPA.

I had too many beers on tap that were over 7% ABV. My health was in danger.

So, I made a thing. 4.6% ABV brown ale.

It's smooth and malty, a little chocolately, and best served/carbonated at 10 psi. Picture was the first pour from the keg. Second pour is crystal clear, she's a beaut' Clark! If I was fancy, I'd run it on a nitro tap and it would be sublime.

I drank a lot of dunkelweizen during a business trip to Mannheim, Germany in the summer of 2008. This is just as tasty as I remember.

Also had a Bell's Amber with tacos for dinner. It was the first time I've had a commercial beer and thought "This isn't as good as mine." That was kind of cool.

I think I had that in Germany. I think LOL. They were so cheap I can't keep track.

Pregaming for our annual company-wide meeting. I'd rather be there eating cassoulet :°( but can't complain. Hanging in the RV, keeping my throat moist with some mango candy a friend dropped off some months back. Lol, I found it in the RV's fridge - score.

I gotta sneak a dunkel in before my basement warms up too much. I was expecting another damn month of winter! I need to try out the warm ferment stuff this year, I think, but I’ve had such good luck with seasonal brewing my lagers.

I'm just flat out impatient. I have to hold up a keg for months, like the Oktoberfest I did. Needed it for a dipa! Ha!
