Yeah, I didn’t think it was that good :)

will send for sure.

@CaddyWampus Cherry Dubbel

it ahowed up chilled so 8 poured it. Should have let it settle, so ignore the poor pour.

I made this last year with more of a sweet cherry angle. Love what the tart brings here. Really well done.

Homebrew Tripel.
Don't have a photo of it - well, I could, but it's in a solid mug.
Pretty happy with this one, though I think next time I'll want to ferment at a higher temp.
Gravity came out right, but it doesn't have the spicy esters I really wanted from the style. I used the Wyeast high gravity belgian strain, fermented low 60s. Want to go around 70 next time.

Glad you enjoyed it. I experimented enough to figure out I liked the tart cherry flavor with the Belgian yeast expression.

This is a tasty IPA. Haven't seen it around here before. Glad I found it!View attachment 709327
That use to be one of my hidden favorites to find in New England and then they started to distro. I was seeing it onenus in Chicago, DC, ... All over except here. It's not until recently they started to expand their recipes. Dinner is their DIPA. It's like Lunch but orangey instead of grapefruit. It's been one of the top rated beers in Maine for a long time. Lunch is up there too

Thanks! I'll have to see if I can get my hands on some. I didn't realize they distributed to Colorado.

Dinner is only distro'd at their brewery but you can find it on tap around the country. Mo, Peeper, King Titus and Another One are also good choices. Their recipes aren't crazy over the top. Just plain solid

You can find some of theirs out here, too.
