That pic was at my brothers house. It’s a 2006 yellow mustang Saleen edition. I believe the production number is in the 100 range. He has another one in there but I don’t remember the year.

HB Bohemian black lager. This is supposed to be a Shiner 97 clone, but is not even close. It used a little bit of rye and I can taste the spiciness... not at all sweet and malty. Ok, but not what I wanted. Won’t be brewing this recipe a second time.
Weird December weather for NE Colorado... 58° and I’m brewing another batch of beer. Just lit the fire to boil a Munich Dunkel.

More HB Bohemian black lager. I’ll have to check my notes, but I think some of the advice I’ve received about acidifying my mash water with dark grain bills might be spot on. This beer is a little thin and acidic too. Oh well... 5 gallons to go.

I don't normally like milk stouts but Treehouse always has the exception. This is really good. I had it on draft and it was extremely good. The bartender apologized because it was the bottom of the keg. The head was crunchy deliciousness. No crunch from the can.
