Homebrew Vienna Lager. One of my best beers I've brewed lately.

Oh! Strata-sphere. As a meteorologist, I was struggling to get past this not being “stratosphere”. Named after a hop. It took me a while, but I finally I get it.
That’s a dandy buck. My son was successful too. We walked our asses off today and I’m so glad to be home drinking a beer now. Should sleep like the dead tonight. I still need to fill my doe tag, but it’s supposed to snow 8-10” all day tomorrow so I might wait until next weekend to go back out. It’s opening day here, as well. My oldest grandson was home from college this weekend and scored a decent muley buck this morning.

I use this spreadsheet, but have tweaked the values in the distributed spreadsheet. I have also added about 3x the number of mineral waters. I drink about 5 gallons a week. Last night I made another 10 gallons. I have to keep a minimum of 20 gallons on hand, as it takes a bit of time to get them properly carbonated. What do you use for flavoring?
