HB Schwarzbier. Wasn't too impressed right after I brewed it. Plus I had an issue with big air bubbles in the beer line causing a very poor pour. Eventually found a partially torn seal on top of the beer out tube. After I replaced it I let the beer sit for a few weeks. Pouring fine now and starting to taste much better as well.

Not sure on the age of this thing and I can’t find much info online after 2018, but it was 2.99/bottle in the store. I should have cleaned em out for the bottles alone...
Definitely doesn’t taste the freshest, but I’ve had much worse.

HB ale with fresh hops harvested from outside the house. Pleasant, but I think I went too heavy on the caramel malt (9% caramunich I), so I can't taste much of the hops - newbie mistake (because I am a newbie...). Pleasant bitterness, though.
