The wife and I had a glass each of a wild flower honey mead that we made from my neighbor's bee hives. It was aged 5 months in a small keg and it is absolutely fantastic! I have been brewing beer for 18 years but this was my/our first go at making a mead and man am I glad we did!

HB Trappist Single. I didn’t expect a lower abv beer to stand up to 4 months in the bottle (my best bitter certainly didn’t), but the yeast character is shining better now than when it was fresh. Interesting.

HB Stout. First bottle of batch. Didn’t carb. Used a calculator. This is two batches in a row that I’ve used a calculator and turned out flat. Carb drops for the rest with no problems. I guess the “true to style” carbonation isn’t working for me
