Another one from @TBC. It got too hot and I’m way too tired to go outside for a better shot lol

Giving another taste to my HB Tripel aged in port, it's not as dark as it looks but the sun is setting here already so the light isn't great, this needs more carbonation to be up to Belgian standards but it's pretty good as it is too

Probably my next batch of this will go for the wild side of things, maybe brett at bottling or a second fermentation with brett or maybe I go to the sour side with some Jolly Pumpkin dregs that should allow some IBUs so O can play a bit with some noble hops

Had a few Bud Lights last night around midnight with my brothers at the fire station to wash down the dust and smoke after getting back from a huge wild land fire. It was bad enough that we got air support from the US Forest Service. Air tanker 22 made a few water drops for us.

Oh, I’ll drink it... I just complain a lot.;) I also tend to be my own worst critic and others usually tell me my beers are good.
I'm with you. I've been dumping kegs and have friends show up and say "No!!!" And I'm like "Yes!!! It sucks!!!" I wish more commercial brewers had that mentality, or at least a critical palette. We just drove thru Colorado, and I couldn't believe the horrendous swill every brewery we visited was serving. Served with no apologies.

I-70 corridor?
Actually 550 to county road 12 that goes into Uncompaghre national forest out of Ridgway. When i was a teenager my family would go there and spend two months camped at 9k ft. Land that not twelve souls had touched. I just wanted to see it again. We had to stop at Cow Creek. Not enough 4x4.

Tavour shipment dropped on Tuesday. This is one of the beers, Skies of Wonder from Fort George Brewery. Hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Azacca, and "hundreds of pounds of peaches and passion fruit." Unfiltered dipa, pic doesn't really show it but there's a ton of floaties.
