Definitely can’t wait to dive in to this side of home brewing. Mainly the sour side, but also very interested in the low abv part of it too!
Looks good @TwistedGray, I also got some of your apricots. I might do my first brew in a year this summer with them.
Sours and anything with a zing or a zip will take low ABV well. Browns, too. Everything else has proven to be quite the challenge.

HB rum barrel RIS. Brewed with @BullGator in 2014. Not oxidized, smooth a little roast, past its prime, but still pretty good.
