Introducing the first pint of my new chocolate porter. This could very well be the best beer I’ve made. It tastes awesome for being as young as it is. I can’t take all the credit however, as I actually got advice from the head brewer at Boulder Beer Co. I wish I had a SHAKE to compare it to.

Thanks for the words of encouragement all. Fortunately, we are in decent shape and will only have to tighten the budget a bit. Also, the governor of NC made filing for unemployment much easier in the wake of all this mess so that helps. Cheers!

N/A homebrew, it's a dumper...the hop is too much, too too much. I'll leave the bottles on the shelf for a hot minute and dump the keg. I need the keg space.
