Was in Yakima this year during the fresh hop festival. Almost shat myself when I realized it was even going on. Should have got there a month earlier for the harvest. Fresh hop beers from the motherland!

My first attempt at a Mexican lager. I would of thought it should be lighter than this but it did taste very nice and hard to put down. I couldn't pick up the 10% flaked corn i used. Do people generally use more than that?

HB Tripel. Did I mention yet today that it's 13.6% ABV? That was an unforeseen occurrence due to the M-41 which I was worried, at one point, might be diastaticus (it isn't). It's clearing up really well now just from the 56°F basement.
