Nelson is my favorite too but the last citra Bomb that came out was outstanding. The bombs aren’t true single hop IPAs, they have a hotside base where they add the features hop as well and then the whole dryhop is the featured hop. Awesome seriesI love this line of NEIPA beers from sloop but haven't had the cashmere one yet. You get a great idea of what a single variety hop can do in the NEIPA style. My fav so far is the Nelson Bomb NEIPA.

Nice beer. Does one only get a head like that by using nitrogen?Stout
Nice beer. Does one only get a head like that by using nitrogen?
Very professional. It's the first thing I've seen that would make me even consider kegging. That’s how I do it.
Kegging is the answer brother.Very professional. It's the first thing I've seen that would make me even consider kegging.

There are many advantages to kegging in my opinion. There is the initial cost of equipment but if taken care of should last indefinitely. If you’re not set on shiny new equipment, many of the components can be bought off Craigslist including used fridges/freezers, kegs, faucets, regulators and CO2 tanks, etc. Buy new hoses and gasket kits from your LHBS or online. Only one vessel to clean and sanitize, clear beer, reliable carbonation, etc. You can still fill bottles or growlers if you need to transport or trade using several different methods or equipment. I started kegging many years ago and would never consider going back to bottles.Very professional. It's the first thing I've seen that would make me even consider kegging.
With a 7.0sqft chest feeezer, 179 from Best Buy, Inkbird temp controller couple of used kegs and 5lbs CO2 tank your good to go. Start out with picnic taps 1st before dumping money into handles/connectors etc. Just a suggestion.Very professional. It's the first thing I've seen that would make me even consider kegging.
Bottling last night was a reminder of why I started kegging and only did twenty 750ml bottles.Very professional. It's the first thing I've seen that would make me even consider kegging.
