HB no boil NEIPA with all 2018 Mosiac hops from YVH. Best Mosiac I’ve ever used and hands down the best single hop I’ve done

I noticed you really like saison. If your ever in the upper Hudson Valley, you need to check out Woodstock Brewing Co. it’s in Phoenicia, NY and I’ve been hearing great this about the saisons. The IPAs I’m not crazy about though

I am powering through a HB American Ale that oxidized while racking to the keg.... it would be alcohol abuse if I dumped it out.....and it’s certainly alcohol abuse trying to finish half of it in one day. My APA needs keg space, so I have no choice. #NotTheHeroWeDeserve, but the #HeroWeNeed
