This beer is what caught my attention from Tavour in the 1st place. Something from the home land. Seems to be another hybrid but more harsh/astrigent then the W&G.

When you have a lot of rebellious excess grain that didnt wanna be in the last couple batches you add El Dorado and name it after @jimyson ‘s cat. Sample is probably a 4/10 but its only 2 weeks in the bottle.
