Sounds very odd to me using Mosiac and cashmere in a coffee ipa, how’d it come out though? Any of the mosaic character come through?

Actually a really good beer. He worked at Hill Farmstead for a while before starting his own project, so I’ve learned that even the weird beers are solid.

Apricot Clouds - one left, oughta get this underway again.
@PianoMan - it is 97F outside right now! That's crazy hot for Salinas/Monterey area. Hell, it's 89F in Monterey.

Damn! If it's not the Pineapple Express or snowing in June (dad sent pics from the Sonora area) it's as hot as Central Texas. Now just 90 more days of that and you'll see why we love it here! [emoji19]

but you know what, it's 97 now and it feels like 97. It's not 97 and it feels like a hundred and seven with a thousand percent humidity. And will be in the 70s by tomorrow so :)

Untappd’s description:
Hey Folks! It’s Mr. Sticky and he’s here to take you on the Pineapple Express! The second in our 2019 Double IPA series, Mr. Sticky explodes with the potent aroma and flavor of pineapple & tropical dankness due to the unique combination of Mosaic, Ekuanot, and Simcoe hops. Soft and slightly hazy, Mr. Sticky oozes heady terpenes to satisfy the discerning hop-head.

What the heck is that in the background?

2nd batch of our Blackberry Wheat beer. Batch one, last year, was amazing. This lacks a lot of the blackberry flavor that we got out of it last year, and the only thing different was city water, vs RO water with salts added back in. Same purree, same hops, same everything (or at least we think it is, grain bill for sure is that same).
