Super tasty and semi sweet. Definitely a beer you could drink all day

Sure! I made a 10 gallon batch and split it across 2 kegs. One got an entire 25 ml bottle of hazelnut flavoring from morebeer.com (https://www.morebeer.com/ct/?idx=33652302&i=16749&u=/products/hazelnut-flavoring-25-ml.html), 10 ml of chocolate extract from a local spice shop, and 30 ml of Spice Islands pure vanilla extract that I got at the grocery store. The other keg (pictured) got 10 ml of the above mentioned chocolate tincture and a whole bottle of brewers best peanut butter flavoring (Brewer's Best Natural Beer and Wine Fruit Flavoring (Peanut Butter) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B015RTMJ0M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_Q56YCbQWVDN0V).

Here's the base recipe. Shoot me a pm if you have any more questions! https://share.brewfather.app/whdqZeOKzRU6bX

I should add that despite what the above recipe says, I fermented on the low end for most of this batch. Basically I just fermented for a clean beer and ramped the temps up near the end in order to insure complete attenuation.

Looks great, and I love the glass. Hey @pshankstar are Other Half beers available locally for you? My wife will be visiting her brother in Rochester later this summer and I'll have her bring some back if they're available around town somewhere.

Yes they opened a second location in Bloomfield. Google Other Half Roc to find their address and hours. They only sell out of their brewery.
If you want to PM me feel free. I would be willing to help out if I can depending on when and where she’s staying. I’m less than 5 miles away from their brewery.

Appreciate all that info. I was curious on the Nitro set-up also.

Coffee. Went out for RO water to get a starter going and ended up getting tanked at Whole Foods....Parabola, 2xKBS,2x8% Mosaic IPA and quit a few samples.

Just an Intertap faucet with the stout spout attachment. Carbonated to 2 volumes with co2 first then switched to beer gas. I'm pushing with a 75% nitrogen/25% co2 mix at 30 PSI. Let me know if you have any more questions!

My HB Bock. First time doing one, it's a bit dry on the back end, but initial flavors are smooth.

*update, it seems be less dry as it warms up a bit.

I hope so because I made 2 1/2 racks for my Bike Club and our race next week[emoji47]
