On to my latest homebrew. Blackberry Wheat. Yum... good.
Did you use actual fruit or an extract? I did a blueberry recently with extract, I’m thinking about doing the next with some of both.

A vertical flight thanks to my son's extensive cellar. 2012- 2016. Really amazing how closely stacked they were. The '13 showed it's maturity the most out of these five. A special night. Topped it off with my offerings, some 30 year old Thomas Hardy.

Is it me or do this beer not age much after just one year? I could see how 2-5 years this beer is prime!
Boston Beerworks had a good version of it and it was very good. However, I stopped at a pint of thinking what the night or morning may bring [emoji91]I got a little tanked on a smoked jalepeno beer once...can't stand jalepeno beers ever since.

Yeah, I'm jealous too. He inherited the "collecting" gene from me. But he has taken it to heights I never could afford. And he's very generous. So....yay me!Man, I'm jealous.

It's a testament to their processes. They give us something that we can take care of and enjoy the beauty of it as it changes throughout the years. He bought a 4 of each. We'll do another vertical of the same this summer. Is it me or do this beer not age much after just one year? I could see how 2-5 years this beer is prime!
