It's fuggin really tart using T-58.

Found one of my old Dusseldorf Mustard jars. FWIW - I bought the mustard for the mini mug.

Beer fridge getting closer to turning my beers into bombs. Negative temps for lows like 5 of the next 7 days. Ugh.

Put a work light in there then fridge won’t go below set temp. I have to use it to ferment in winter.

Tell us more about the Saison IPA? Those are two different styles in my brain? What did you do to make them combine?

It's really a cold brewing experiment. Got a thread started for it. Go to the last couple posts. Waiting on GD to get out of singing lessons..sorry nothing to post yet.
