Not drinking it now, but had my Chinhook IPA I brewed a while back. Plenty hoppy even with a few extra weeks conditioning and in the fridge. Bonus: wife actually likes it!

Yeah but I have a lot of HB IPA and PA that I have to drink, so there's that. Most of them are a bit older now so the bitterness from the hops has faded a bit. This one is 2+ months old and mellowed out quite a ways. It's more of a PA now than an IPA.
