Yep! And thanks! All grain, BIAB. Hazy pale recipe (64% 2 row, 32% Wheat Malt, 4% Flaked Oats) fermented warm with lager yeast and a MASSIVE dry hop. First time doing BIAB, and on a new system. There were many setbacks during the brew/fermentation/kegging, but they were all excellent learning experiences, and now the next one’s gonna be even better.
