Pulled a sample of my melomel. Not fully carbonated yet. Tastes ok but I have nothing to compare it too, to know how it really is. Good thing for the home brew club meeting next week.

No peach? It's exceptional and not at all boozy at 12% ... A tad on the sweeter side, but a nice refresher

That was the peach. I fermented 2lbs and 2gal but no flavor came out. This next attempt is different. Both are at 12.5% right now and ready to secondary w/????.
