Keep an eye out for the Baltic Porter at Trib. I was talking with Tod and it's sitting in the MTL barrels right nowWho ever moves in will do just fine. It’s a sure bet when you have Allagash just across the street. Solid business model.... start there....move on.
What is carbon copy Alex?
Beat me to it by a minute!
I fly in Thursday and leave Monday night. Hanging around Reston/Herndon Thursday and then we are headed to a cabin in the mountains from Friday until Sunday.I might be over there next week too.
Was my 1st barrel. I rinsed and rinsed with water until everything sealed. Looking back, think I'd use just a bit of cheeper Whiskey to rehydrate over a longer period of time. Limited on suggestions. I always had a small drip bit never too concerned.I have a balcones whiskey barrel too! I bought it online and that's where it ended up coming from.[emoji3] I need to seal a leak in the bottom left of it do you have any suggestions? I moved and didn't tend to it so it won't swell back on one bottom section I've only used it once in a stout [emoji15]
One of my favorites from our vacation in Belgium.Split this with the wife good stuff!!View attachment 592780

I really like that beer, that's why I wanted to share. Lost one in the first box I sent to you that Mark got. That one was a one off, and I'll probably never see again, that's what hurt about losing that box. I still have one left though.![]()
Nice!!!! Did you take the tour?Yesterday when visiting Cantillon:
