Glad you like it! It took almost 5min to brew! Literally took 3.5gal RO, added 3lbs Golden Light DME and 3lbs Wheat DME. Threw in some gypsum and Calcium Chloride. Boiled 5min of hops on the side and added through a strainer. Then pitched expired Hefe yeast, WLP300. Didn't come out too bad. Your welcome! [emoji16]

No boil?! You’re a stronger man than I. Really turned out awesome, though! Might have to try that no boil thing now...

On to this!

Finally! Every bit as good as I’d always hoped, and even better out of a #properglass.

Hurky looks like you've been yelling at her

Us? Yell at Herky? Noooooooooooooo

You and that shaved dog lol...don't think heat is a problem any longer!

She sheds, a lot, especially right now. Combine that with a new baby, and having dog hair on his binky (that he rarely uses), my wife told me to shave the mutt. I do as I'm told.....sometimes (my wife scares me...).

Testing my new Spiegelau American Wheat glass with Ballast Point Fathom IPA. 6% IPA that is not a hop bomb. Lots of American hop aromas, smooth, full and rather neutral, malty palate. You wouldn't believe that it is 50 ibus, though, cause the taste is not that bitter.
