Yeah, not my greatest idea ever. :)

Temporarily cutting out beer is the only change I’m intentionally making. No forced diet from the wife. I might be snacking less because I’d like to lose some weight if I’m going to be without beer for a while, but nothing really intentional there.

If you want to give up something that results in long lasting weight loss, give up sugar. I’ve given it up since December of last year (no candy, cookies, soda, pastries) and I’m down 17 lbs easy. On the coffee,
