A beer I call "Dobby's House Lager".

My wife and two daughters love the Harry Potter movies and they liked a beer we had a Universal Harry Potter Land, so I tried to make something close for her 30th BDay. It's a Vienna style Lager, first time brewing this style/recipe, and is actually not bad for the fist time out of the gate!

IMO on par or even better than the best of the Mid West or West Coast breweries. New Belgium comes to mind. Of the New Belgium beers that I have tried I would place Two Roads beers ahead on all of them.
 
Decided to tweak my orange coriander wit. Husband said not enough orange...so I took up the challenge. Brought home some dried orange peel from work, scalded it, and dropped a hop bag in the already carbed keg (everything well sanitized too). About 40 minutes later, we have an orange bomb but in a good way. Getting a bit of 'orange oil' aroma and flavor but it's melding well with the beer. Should be off the sheet by the time we get home from brewfest Saturday. Might drop some more coriander in as well for more sweetness. This is fun. Would post a pic but it's in a red glass and can't see much.

Hope to be mashing in shortly. Crushed grains and treated water before I left to work. Still on that water
