Our latest PASH (Pale Ale Single Hop) with Amarillo. While we probably would not do just Amarillo again, it is very yum!

Next PASH will be a split batch using Sterling and Admiral, I think. Want to try Bravo and ?? After that.

Tis my first time trying it! I do like it a lot but it interacted with the remainder of the plague I still have and caused an off flavor in my mouth that carried through all the beer I drank last night.
