It's Remmys Stillmatic IPA recipe. But mine turned out a lot hazier than his picture haha. I didn't filter hops, use whirlfloc or clear with gelatin. 50/50 combo of maris otter and 2 row. All late centennial and columbus hop additions. Awesome beer.

WOW! But, man does it taste good! Once I got past it foaming like crazy when I poured it into the glass..Think I have a couple more bottles of this that need to go in the fridge! :)

Mmm I have never used MO, that does seem like a tasty brew though, maybe I'll experiment with some 1 gallon batches

Good call. I was going to call this one a night cap but I may have to pour one.

EDIT: Thought I would do another beer, but I need sleep... so I poured a quick johnnie walker and ginger ale.
 
Water, for the foreseeable future while my body recovers from the onslaught of beers it had yesterday.
