Drinking some triple IPA my wife got me as a stocking stuffer - Schmaltz She'Brew Triple IPA. She's a very thoughtful gift giver.

It's basically hopped LME. Kinda want to float a hydrometer in this thing to see the FG. Guessing it's gotta be 1.025+.

Need to find a way to stealthily poor this down the drain while she's not looking. Either that or make a stack of pancakes to pour it on.
