Dang they had corilois cans today? I was going to stop in on way home. Frustrating.

Wait was 20 min. Longer than I want to wait. But I did it. It's rare.

WANT. Should've posted this for you all

I don't follow NEBCO. I rarely go nowadays. Used to love the old location. Absolutely no one there when I went for growler fills. No one. In and out in 5 minutes. It's filled with beer nerds now and overly-happy people who I feel think beer tastes better because they wait in line for it. Some of the stories I hear there are always nuts. People going up to Treehouse the night before and staying in a hotel just so they can be close to first in line the next day. So stupid.

Having a water to clear the palate. Neighbor will be here for NFL. We're gonna both die from alcohol poisoning tonight. Cheers.

View attachment 381487 I hear u about those types who hang out at the nebco tap room. As soon as they pull out their 5 treehouse and hill farmstead growlers then try to teach me about beer I'm checked out. Nebco has some good small batches on tap down there. Plus it's on the ride home

This one is not one of my favorites.

I hear you brother. I'm actually checked-out as soon as I get there. I talk to no one. Just gimme my beer and let me get the hell out. Only 8 miles from the crib. But the lines are too ridiculous for me to go there regularly anymore. 6-7 years ago, it was great.

I'll take this over Fuzzy Baby Ducks any day. This is the perfect IPA.

Drink it if you got it. That's a good mentality. I saw this somewhere on here thought it was a good laugh...

I'm on the mist watching the Jurassic Park marathon

Good marathon. Meanwhile, I'm helping the kids beat Lego-Jurassic World. Fml

(Don't tell the bosses about the earlier beers..)
Oh and a mini celebration. DIL doesn't have uterine cancer, but surgery in 2 months to remove everything. Then biopsy it all then. She's only 29..flocc man!

Love this beer

the homebrew is badly staged, photographed, but the flavor is awesome! it's a 8.5% imperial IPA with cascade heavily in and at end of boil and dry hopped with chinook and centennial (and some medium toast oak to handle the alcohol a bit). the oak really smoothes out the bitterness. and the piney resin makes it a great beer to drink by the Christmas tree!

oh and i picked up my bro's faves for get togethers since he's not a huge IPA buff.

Onto the second fizzy yellow nothing.

Maybe I'll brew a fizzy yellow nothing soon. Hmm. I do have 50lb of Pilsen malt.

Bell's tap takeover tonight. Some delicious Imperial Red ale (pictured) and 30th Anniversary Ale imperial stout.
