My first wet hop brew. Pulled a small sample to make sure it was carbonated properly.

2oz of Bravo at 60 minutes then 4.2 pounds of Cascade Wet Hops starting at 20 mins and tossing a handful or two in every minute. Then dumped the rest in when it was down to 150 for 30 mins.

Pretty darn good I think!! [emoji482][emoji106]

I didn't want to have to mop so dragged it and lifted it from chair to counter ha. How is the burner ?

Labatt, just ordered new Perlick flow controls so I jumped the gun and put on new beer line
 
Good looking beer, HB IPA

These sessions are pretty solid,

Waiting on the Ram game with another HB. Starting to run low. Brew day not far away.
