Home made hard cider. Straight apple cider from the local orchard with US-04 yeast. No back sweeting and it's still pretty sweet. I guess two months in the bottle is still a little young.

Not bad- I was expecting something more from the saphir dry hop. It doesn't jump at me like people talk about with it. I got it from half time beverage in mamaronek ny- they have a huge selection but I am not sure they treat their beer well. This was bottled about 90 days ago and it was on the shelf, not in a cooler The pale 31 was 30 days old and on the shelf too
