One **** I ignore doesn't show up often. The other posted a lot but seems to have buggered off to other parts of the forum.

More water. And making 4 more lbs of invert. This time #1 instead of #4. Simmers for 30 minutes instead of 300. 12-16 SRM instead of 275-325.

It's okay. I love Ginger ale, but there's something a little off with this. Wasn't as much of a success as their root beer. I'll bring one for you next time we meet up. That way you don't have to buy a whole six pack to try it.

It tastes way to good to have been sitting in a shipping container. The label has an "imported by" section, but not sure if that's an indicator of where it was brewed.

Sierra Nevada? Not that I can remember. Stone, on the other hand, has a pub/brewery opening in Berlin.
Curious on if there is a bottled on date somewhere on the label

Its been a long time since I've checked a SN bottle, so you may be right. It was always depressing seeing six month old bottles at a bunch of the tiny shops by the old office.

I think he did. He said I was a damn champ and he didn't expect me to sit so well. It hurt and in some places I really hated life. I'm happy with it. When it settles more, we'll see if I need a touch up. It doesn't look that way though.

Looks good. Take care of it though. An ex of mine got an intricate rose with vine on hers and didn't take proper care and picked away the scabs. It really did not stay nice for long.

Lots of bars pair up with local breweries to have a house beer. So, one of those.
