I am a man of my word and I will brew that beer. I will have to scale it down a few lbs. due to my consistently (as of the last 3 months) high efficiency. Otherwise, I'd end up with another ESB. My LHBS had fixed (I guess tightened) the gap on their mill. Guessing that's it. Besides, most of my beers have a grain bill of 9-10 lbs. Simple grain bills make for consistently good beers, IMO. Not the mix of 15 different malts and 20 different hop varieties.

NFL Draft is tonight. You watchin'?

Isles stunk-it-up. Rangers are NY's last hope. Beat Washington.

It's a 10 gallon batch, at my ~88% efficiency (for this low gravity, closer to 85% on a more standard 12-15P beer). If you're getting higher efficiency, you're oversparging. I border on oversparging these beers as it is.

Edit: Mild recipe is in the drop down. The one I posted was my 60/-. And nope, not watching the draft. Will be watching Game 1 though. Let's Go Caps!

One of my IPAs, need to clean up the garage, If one good thing came out of today I have yet another motorcycle!
Boss gave me one of his projects, a 68 sporty, I rebuilt the engine, all the chrome has been replated, big bucks right there, needs powdercoat, paint, tires and assembly.
I want to pull alot of my crap out of there before the change.

I rebuilt the engine back in 08 when we got slow and haven't gotten back to it so it's all packed away, boss asked me to keep quite at the moment about it so I need to poke around in the morning before anyone else shows up.

Can't wait to have beer or nineteen with my pops. He is a free man today. Kids don't even remember him. ****ing kills me.

I have a set or wires with rubber on them. Likely 70's or 8o's vintage rubber... But never seen the road. Bring beer and a pickup. I need space.

Bombay Sapphire and rocks and stupid glassware

Fellow HBTers Brown Ale that was actually a Chipolte Porter. Quite the surprise... not big on chili beers but good for what it is.

Dang. Equipment crapping out is the worst part of home brewing. Hope brew day gets better.

I would disagree slightly. Equipment crapping out is the second worst part of brewing. Having to dump a batch is the worst part of brewing. It's rare for me, but it hurts more. Equipment crapping out is a regular part of brewing and something you have to be prepared for.

Oh no. Pleaee don't start watching BBC and as a result using words and phrases nobody in this country uses or even understands. No soccer either. If you want I'll drive to Ct and throw a football with you until you come to your senses.
