I'm really liking the Dupont strain. Big step up from 3711, which was my previous go-to.

Using it in my Brett saisons, so if it stalls a bit high, no problem for the Brett! I've been getting it to 1.008 without issue though.

The wife brought home a mixed 6 pack for me to try. Just had an Impey Barbicane's Moongun Session Amber Ale. It was a collaboration from DuClaw and Cigar City Brewing Cos. It was good.
Now I trying Abita's Wrought Iron IPA. Better.
 
Wrought Iron is a solid IPA IMO. Repeat from last night, Southern Prohibition Pow Rye in the Kisser I am really liking this beer. I am going to buy a pound of lemon drop hops.

Chicken is on the grill. 70F and sunny in ND...unusual in March. But I'm not complaining.
