Man, I brewed this stout in June or July, to serve at Christmas. It is so much better in March than it was in December that I'm thinking I should brew 2015 Christmas beer this week.

Holy **** I love Asheville. Had a kiwi sour at wicked weed that was amazing. Had a mosaic saison that was pants dropper awesome. Now at Burial and getting a flight of awesomeness.

Burial has cool ass bathrooms. Haha

More of whatever the hells in the fridge. Its like grabbing beer out of a hat. No idea whats gonna come out. That dagone American Pale Ale is a winner though at 6% and smooth as Keira Knightly's a$$.

I'm in the same boat. So many beers that holiday guests brought. But I'm not letting that crap go to waste.
