Looks like you have a good beer(I'm assuming, never had it) and seasoning at your disposal. Let's see if you screw the pooch on the doneness of the steak.
By the way, medium rare is inedibly overcooked.

Yes. Why? I didn't think it'd be carbonated, I'm not a moron. It's only been on 30 PSI for 12 hours.


I mashed at 152, I got a higher ABV, went own to 1.007 from 1.062, even though target was 1.064. Will likely use a different yeast next time. I used Wyeast 1056. I will have the commercial one in a week or so to compare.

In the midst if driving between her sister's house and back home, our house became cold enough for a radiator to Crack in the kitchen. Going to need to replace tgat tomorrow and hopefully no pipes burst tonight
