Gotta love this beer list. They just cross out the names of the beers they're out of and write in what they have but leave the description unchanged. Glad I know my beer or I would be in for some confusing orders, haha.

Now having a Flat 12 Half-cycle IPA. Harsh bitterness and not a whole lot of hop aroma or flavor. It was bottled at the end of July so if it was good going in it should still have plenty of hop character unless the bottles were severely mishandled. I'm assuming it wasn't that great going in the bottle. PG, want to confirm that? I see you're from IN.

That menu is awesome haha.

Yes! And illuminated! We need to get a can of this into the hands of reviewer boy. Stat. :D

I want reviews of really good stuff that are ten minute rants about how ****ty the beer is and that there is no excuse for it with all the readily available pbr clone recipes.... I have an odd sense of humor.

Just finished a McDonald's small pumpkin spice latte...let's just say that Starbuck's shouldn't be shaking in their boots or anything. At the bottom was some coagulated bits that I'm going to convince myself were bits of pumpkin pulp. They were a little sour. *shudder*

Tonight looks like a night of playing taxi and/or being on call, so drinking beerce is unlikely to be an option until around 11pm. Ugh. Oh, and that will be limited by the fact that some knucklehead happy jack scheduled my son's baseball team for a game at 8:30 in the floccin' morning tomorrow! Ugh again.

That was my response when I first saw it too.

Water with an early dinner. Beer still taste odd with the cold. Back on cheap bourbon soon and hopefully in bed by seven or eight.

Here's the recipe... don't tell anyone... it's as secret as Colonel Sanders:

Mash at 135 deg
Milled Honey Nut Cheerios 75%
Corn 25%
Mexican Hops
Water source: Toilet bowl
Llama piss at flame out
US-010000 Baker's Yeast
Fermentation Temp 95 deg
Dry hop with dirty baby diapers and 1 long haired dog
Package after 13 minutes.

It was written on a napkin, so I'm not sure if it's exactly correct.

Hibiscus Saison. I wish I had left it in secondary a month or 2 longer before kegging it. Once a beer enters one of my kegs a forensics team couldnt figure out how it disappered so quickly
