Pale malt, 40l mash at 151.
Probably .5oz Magnum, then some combo of cascade/centennial or maybe columbus. 20min/0min additions but only 3 or so ounces total. Should get you ball parked.

These are all spoken for already unfortunately. I'm not even keeping half for myself.

If only they knew how good the Hibiscus Saison is, THEY would be jealous! (Of course I've never had a Pliny, so what do I know? But I HAVE had the Hibiscus Saison!)

New beer. Initial nice light Belgium style flavor and sweet then dives to a hanging ultra-bitter. Not my thing. Back to HBs.
