HB pumpkin ale...year old extract batch. Second batch ever brewed and it is still decent. Definitely has a twang though.
Using an old cabinet just pulled from the bathroom. Lined with two inches of rigid insulation and have a dorm fridge attached for cooling and a reptile heating mat for warming.

I plan on doing something similar, I have two Fastferms on order and they won't fit in my current chamber,
I have a bunch of scrap 2x4s and plywood and a dorm fridge so they get a custom chamber and with a second chamber I'll be able to lager and cold crash in the freezer.
