Just cracked my first Cali Common lager (used wlp810) and compared it to my Cali Common ale (used us-05). The Ale is my family's favorite... The lager has a cleaner flavor which is good but the ale is a bit bolder with flavor. The ale is also about a month more mature so that may be the reason. Both very good and I'm pleased wih the results of my "experiment"!

It's a joke. Of course the metric system is better. But there are good reasons why the US has not changed over. I'll save that rant for another day.
