Too lazy for a picture. Drinking Ruthless Rye, eating Hungry Howies at my bar, watching Wolverines v Texas and looking at this huge mess in my house.

But beer is in the fermenter, the volume was within reason and OG was right where I expected it. Need to open the rollers a bit on my mill, for sure.

Nice, dude. Is this your first AG?

Forgot the pic. Glass was a gift from the local NB rep at a tasting today.

No. I've done several AG BIAB but that was the first with a proper tun. More different than I expected in some ways, more similar in others. I want to make some big stouts, so saw the move as necessary

Having this ( an Amber Lager from Florida Beer co.) after getting getting some sad news today about an uncle whose body is slowly shutting down. At 96 he's had a good life. He was still farming some as of last summer. So here's to uncle Oscar. Cheers!

How is that? I just picked up a four pack but have never had one before.

I think it is great! Not to bad on the wallet either where I buy it.
My flanders red tastes may be a bit generic, The Duchess is my favorite and nothing lives up to it, but this is close
I bought a couple for the dregs....I have a sour that needs a bit of encouragement.

Let's go Dayton!

No oerbier at the store but they had this.

Oarsman thanks to Hamm. Aged over a year, very good.

I wonder how they compare to fresh. Will have to pickup a bunch and age some. It doesn't last long at home.

More OTWOA. Feeling productive - just started a beer mustard and roasted my first batch of coffee. Now to put the youngest to breed and introduce my oldest to the Blues Brothers.
