MIL watched the 3 y/o today & let him take a 3 hour nap. right now I'm drinking in the sweet sweet sounds of an overly sensitive screaming 3 y/o. I think I need to add hops to balance the sweetness.

I wasnt sure if I'd like a smoked saison, but it was pretty dang good actually.

My hop bursted cascade SMASH IPA, made with Crisp pale malt and 8 ounces of cascade (1oz dry hop). It's damned good but it's also damned sneaky. Tastes like a 5% beer but is really 7%
