Mashing is set to begin very soon. It's 30F here which is a lot warmer than it's been lately. Perfect day to brew.

I hope it all works out for you.Coffee. Wish I was home still. No sign of the purported offer letter that should have come last week. My direct reports have gotten theirs. :x
Ok...half-watching Grammys and working on a label for a HB I will be bottling soon, so I'm going to have one more beer tonight: an English style Strong Ale from Fortnight Brewing Company's very first public release. So...what do ya'll think about my label?

I am mid-way through my 75-minute boil for my newest IPA. It's coming in at just over 100 IBU.
I do. But I'm not about to drop $300 for one. I also need a new pistol but some things just have to wait.
I wish I could brew beer every day of my floccing life.
Looks like you need a bigger BK.

I wouldn't pay 300 either. Instead I use a keg from the scrap yard that I cut the top out of. 15.5 gallon BK for way less than $300.

That's great. And if I could, I would. Til then, I have bigger problems like "how the flocc do I carry a full 5-gallon kettle full of wort to the basement to get chilled? I'm gonna fall.

build a keggle, cheap and easy :rockin:
I was thinking about building a conical.. pretty much adding sheet metal to a full sized keg and turning it upside down:rockin:
