Whoa new app! Starting in on my boil with the extract version of Centennial Blonde. ImageUploadedByHome Brew1388257862.558125.jpg

A sample of my porter before racking over bourbon soaked oak chips and vanilla beans and my finally finished honey orange hefe. Both actually taste very good. Yay.

Coffinator. After racking my Blueberry Pyment onto some blueberries in my 3 gal keg-just barely fit too. Ill try leaving that alone at least 3 months til racking back to my 3 gal carboy to clear before I bottle it. Hmm now I got some one gallon carboys free from bottleing wine and a 3 gallon carboy empty now. Time to brew some beer soon. Hardest part is what to decide now.

Back on the Bot! The ****ty part about having the dog here and the house to myself is I have to wait until his bedtime walk to start drinking in earnest.

How about having a pitbull and two kids to tend to? Yikes. Where is my help?

Currently having a water between brews. Not sure what I'm going to have next.

I got no advice for you on that one. My wife and I have yet to have kids, so our corgi is our only concern right now. Hope you pick a good one for your next brew, though.

Not even around the block... just around the back yard. :tank:

Well that makes more sense. Maybe it's time to start cleaning up after the dog?

Finishing up a Frankenwild and getting ready to add some flameout hops and chill. Might drink something fancy(ier) since it's Saturday and I don't have diddly squat to do once I get this beer in the fermentor. Might go ahead and dry hop brett beers I have going so I can bottle them without priming next week and see what kind of carb they get on there own. I need to carboys and buying more just isn't in the budget right now.

I clean up after the dog... usually. :p

Glad to see so many people brewing today! I'm going to enjoy a pint, of my SMaSH PALE ALE, Golden Promise malt/Mosaic hops. It has a pleasantly peachy aroma.

Just baked up some beer bread, used heady for the beer :) now onto this gose. It's not bad but not the greatest either.ImageUploadedByHome Brew1388265578.238531.jpg
