Coffee and a "hot and spicy" breakfast sandwich from dunkin. Is it too much to expect something marketed as hot and spicy to hurt a little when I eat it? This is just sad.

I hear ya. I love spicy food and I'm always disappointed when I order food that's supposed to be spicy and its not anywhere near spicy.

You mean to tell me that I'm the only one drinking sh!tty coffee at work this ugly Monday morning?

No, I'm with ya, except for the work part. I got called in to work all weekend (on 2 hours of sleep, no less), so I'm taking a mental health day today.

+1. I'm usually disappointed when I order "hot & spicy" stuff from major fast food chains. Either my taste buds are so desensitized that I need a whole habanero on my burger to register any heat, or they're trying too hard to keep their spicy stuff accessible to everyone for fear of lawsuits or customer whining.

Amen. Unfortunately it's marketed to the lowest common denominator milquetoast who thinks anything stronger than ketchup is hot. I saw this advertised on TV this morning as I was getting ready and actually laughed at the TV figuring it would be weak.

Sorry to hear that - especially at the start of vacation. Hopefully they bounce back quickly as young'uns do so often.

the 2 y/o seems 100% this morning and the 5 y/o is still sleeping. this week is my vacation before vacation. my shop closed for the whole week of the 4th, but my wife still has to work. next week we leave for our real vacation.

Never had this one before, but it was in the dollar cart at the liquor store I work at so I got two. It's pretty good. Nice and refreshing and much better than BMC.

Got 4 of these from the dollar cart as well. Which is awesome because 6 packs are almost 13 bucks.

Last one for now. I'm going to falling rock taphouse in Denver tonight so I'll save room!

Torpedo and a Sculpin home brew. The rain won't stop me from grilling.

Yeah I know, but I have to drive two hours to get there, so I think we can make an exception.

Yeah, your good. Next time have a driver, though. ;)
