I guess I wasn't prepared for the Belgian carb level, should have known better. Sweet, malty aroma with a matching flavor along with subtle spice. Will make sure to have some around Christmas this year, this is an amazing holiday beer and doesn't drink like 10%abv

My Irish red. I really should have let this one sit longer before hitting the keg, but I'm set on kicking the keg Sunday. Between that and the beer I picked up today, I should be in the sh!thouse with the wife by the end of the day but the Irish in me has to wear the beer goggles for St Paddy's
 
No clue! I just tossed all of my leftover stuff into a batch figuring "what's the worst that could happen?"

Glad I wrote it all down as I tossed crap in and even went into the cupboard looking for things that might work. I may have stumbled on something.

Came in at 5.8%, looks like a Heff, smells like Jasmine and pineapple. It's actually really good!
 
Coffee. Been waiting all week to drink a beer. Good thing the restaurant I'm going to tonight to celebrate my dads 60th has a bunch of real craft beers. Them I'll pick up a bomber to drink back at my place worth a movie. Def will be crashing early since I was up early this morning.
 
Having a Trois Pistoles. Pretty good, but not something I'd want to keep on-hand all the time. I need to pick up another 4-pack for cellaring next time I find some....
