Back home now after a weekend away in London with the girlfriend to catch a show, some food and drinks
Samples quite a few fullers cask ales, London pride and particularly their ESB tasting on point!

Well I got lucky. This is a spitting image of my recipe. Makes life easy! Their Tripel is over the top also.

Just tapped my Triple Hazy IPA at 10.1% abv. Dryhoped with freestyle Rakau, Freestyle Nelson, Citra Cryo, and Citra LUPOMAX. Cloudy day so making do. Its much less orange than how the lighting is making it appear but it’s really solid already

I think my kids like to taunt their dear ‘Ol Dad. Beer Loving-Daughter #1 and Beer-Loving Best Dude #1 decide to go off and have beer fun with their entourage at the Los Angeles Beer Festival yesterday and send me pics. I can see she’s saving money to drink MORE BEER by skipping the nail salon this week. My kind of decision!
Too bad the wimpy taster glasses are the size they are. Kind of reminds me of “Dimers Night” at the old “Down Under” in Pullman, Washington. All those little glasses do add up to a LOT of beer though! Bluto!
Today I’m doing light paperwork, so I’m skipping drinking two double 9.5% ABV IPAs – and going with a light “Blender” of Trumer Doppelgänger and Bud Zero as the mixer. Still hoppy, still delicious and 2.35% ABV after the mix. Still in session beer territory! Cheers!

Coors Edge NA. Of all the NAs I’ve tried this one is probably the closest to the real thing - probably because American Light Lagers are crisp, fizzy, and don’t have a lot of flavor. Ths one checks all the boxes.

Now this IS old school, a bitter bomb! Fortunately a little Citra hop oil does it good.
