Hb cream ale my daughter poured for me, she's a natural.

Nice! I just brewed a French Saison using a combo of WLP590 and Cellar Science Saison dry. I bottled a liter and then kegged the rest. Just broke into the bottle after 3 weeks. Oh man. It's definitely the best saison I've ever brewed. Possibly the best beer I've brewed - period. An excellent, dry Saison from the Roquefort area of FranceView attachment 856676ce
Vitamin B and water, sir.
Yogurt and bread yeast does wonders! Look it up...Vitamin B and water, sir.
I'm ashamed to admit I did the same when I filled the 1.5L big glass with Munich Lager on Friday night, but I'm a weenie these days.
I have a recipe if you're interested...We had friends over for dinner and some home brews tonight. One asked me, "Have you ever made limoncello? I've heard you can make that. I love that stuff!"
Funny you mention it.
No, I've never made it, but have a bottle that @pshankstar sent me. I kept it in the freezer, along with a couple shot glasses. So I poured us some. Rich lemon aroma and flavor that opened up as it warmed in the glass.

I really need to make some of this.
Hey, @camonick . I have a thrift store glass from this brewery but can't get their beer around here. How is it?
It was a very good Pilsner. Either I checked into the wrong beer on Untappd or their app is wrong, but it said it was unavailable and out of production.Hey, @camonick . I have a thrift store glass from this brewery but can't get their beer around here. How is it?
A classic I've never tasted.For a "while I'm making muffalettas" beer, I'm liking it.View attachment 856969
Holy smokes does that look good! We're on the road for a week vacation to the Canadian Maritimes. Flew to Portland, ME, rented a car and headed up I-95. Our first night is in Saint John, New Brunswick. Went to a little restaurant nearby. Ordered fish & chips--made from fresh-caught haddock. Had a pint of their house beer, Harbour Passage, a red from PEI Brewing.
