Nuts, it's been like two weeks that you've been trying to murder that thing?

Kegs are cruel, spiteful vessels.
Yeah, I keep getting distracted by the other 20gal of stuff laying around. 🤣

This won't help the Chardonnay Oak Aged Tripel finding a home. Guess it's all HB IPAs tomorrow.

I was there a few weeks ago. It's mind boggling how long a keg that you really, really need to kick will keep clinging to life.

May as well brew tomorrow because once your IPA kicks all your other kegs will say, "Oh, you can do that? Cool, me too!!!"

HB Belgian Tripel with Oak/Chardonnay. Aged now for 97sec. It dried out more then expected so probably around 8.5%.

Side note, I've used ALDC on several brews now and all but one dried out quit a bit more then expected. I guess that's a function of the more efficient fermentation process?

I am currently doing a quality control test with our homebrew beers against America's beloved beer brand and at the same time it's my ethanol tolerance test. A few pics of our humble brews, Altbier, Schwarzbier, Pils, and a Busch with a 15-second head retention.
Happy Sunday :bigmug:

Tried a test bottle of my HB Sticke Altbier. Better efficiency and a bit too much boiloff and it's 7.4% ABV. So maybe Imperial Sticke Altbier.

After 2 weeks conditioning, not bad. Need to have decent HB in the pipeline when our friends from Germany come here in mid-July.
